By placing an order with AM Trader Hanger House, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
All quotations are subject to availability and are valid for the period specified in the quotation.
Orders are considered confirmed only after written acceptance by AM Trader Hanger House.
Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in raw material costs, freight charges, taxes, duties, or currency exchange rates.
Payment must be made according to the agreed payment terms. The Company reserves the right to suspend production, shipment, or delivery for overdue payments.
Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary due to production schedules, shipping delays, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond the Company's control.
International shipments are subject to the agreed Incoterms and shipping conditions.
Customers are responsible for inspecting all goods upon receipt. Any claims regarding shortages, damages, or defects must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery.
Returns are not accepted without prior written approval. Customized, branded, or made-to-order products are non-returnable except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
AM Trader Hanger House's liability is limited to the value of the affected order. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
The Company shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.
All product designs, catalogs, images, trademarks, and marketing materials remain the property of AM Trader Hanger House and may not be used without permission.
AM Trader Hanger House reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
